We recommend at least 3-4 hours of cardio hiking per week for 2 months prior. You should be comfortable hiking 6-8 hours daily with a 10kg pack over uneven terrain.
Yes. All participants must purchase comprehensive adventure travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking up to 3,500m and emergency evacuation.
Mountain weather is unpredictable. If a route is unsafe, we activate backup plans or adjust the itinerary. Missed days are compensated with an extra activity or partial refund.
Absolutely. Solo travelers are welcome and will be placed in a shared dorm-style room at lodges. Private room upgrades are available for a small supplement.
