We require a basic fitness assessment for multi-day trips. Generally, you should be able to hike 5-7 hours/day with a 15kg pack. Detailed requirements are listed on each expedition page. Medical clearance is required for high-altitude trips.

We recommend applying 3-6 months ahead for peak season trips. Last-minute openings occasionally occur, and we maintain a waitlist for high-demand expeditions. Group bookings require at least 4 months' notice.

All guided expeditions include professional guides, premium camping/lodging, all meals, local transport, permits, and emergency evacuation insurance. International flights, travel insurance, and personal gear are not included.

Full refund if cancelled 60+ days prior. 50% refund between 30-59 days. No refund within 30 days, but you may transfer to a future trip within 12 months. Weather/emergency cancellations receive full credit or refund.
