Frequently Asked Questions

What fitness level is required?
This is a moderate expedition. You should be comfortable hiking 6–8km on uneven terrain for 4–5 hours daily. Prior glacier experience is helpful but not required; we provide full training.
Is the Northern Lights appearance guaranteed?
Nature doesn't guarantee auroras, but our meteorologist-guided night chases maximize your chances during high solar activity windows. Historically, 92% of our groups see clear displays.
What should I pack?
We send a detailed packing list after booking. Essentials include waterproof boots, thermal base layers, windproof jacket, and a 30L daypack. All technical ice gear is provided.
Can I book a solo single room?
Yes! Add the single supplement ($350) to guarantee your own room, or join our solo-matching program to share with another solo traveler at no extra cost.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before departure. 50% refund between 15–29 days. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future departure.
