DMCA & Copyright Infringement Reporting

The Daily Pulse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on our platform in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a formal notice using the template below.

All DMCA requests must be sent to our designated agent at legal-ip@thedailypulse.com and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. 2. Identification of the infringing material (include full URL). 3. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email). 4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized. 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review all claims promptly and will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content where appropriate. Repeat offenders may face account restrictions or legal action.

Fair Use & Third-Party Attribution

While we protect our original content, we acknowledge and respect fair use principles under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. ยง 107).
