Termination Policy Overview
At TimberCraft Pro, we respect your right to terminate services or contracts when circumstances change. Our policy is designed to protect both parties, ensure fair billing, and maintain a professional working relationship.
β οΈ Notice Requirement
Per standard contracting terms, a minimum of 30 calendar days written notice is required for active project termination. Emergency or safety-related terminations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Key Terms
- Final Billing: You will be invoiced for all work completed, materials purchased, and non-cancelable third-party costs up to the effective termination date.
- Materials & Equipment: Custom-ordered materials become the client's property. Standard inventory will be returned to stock unless otherwise agreed.
- Site Access & Cleanup: Our team will secure the worksite, remove temporary structures, and provide a final walkthrough within 5 business days of termination.
- Warranty & Support: Completed work remains covered under our standard 5-year workmanship warranty. Terminated mid-project work is not warranty-eligible unless formally reactivated.
- Dispute Resolution: Any billing or contractual disagreements will be addressed through our documented mediation process before escalation.
