Executive Summary

In 2024, Verdantix advanced its sustainability commitments across environmental, social, and governance dimensions. Guided by our 2030 Net-Zero Roadmap, we reduced scope 1 & 2 emissions by 28% year-over-year, achieved 94% renewable energy procurement across global facilities, and expanded our supply chain decarbonization program to 180+ tier-1 vendors.

This report details our performance against GRI, SASB, and TCFD frameworks, outlines third-party assurance findings, and sets measurable targets for FY25. We remain committed to radical transparency and continuous improvement.

Environmental Impact

Our environmental strategy focuses on decarbonization, resource efficiency, and circular economy principles. In 2024, we prioritized renewable energy integration, water stewardship, and waste diversion across all manufacturing and corporate sites.

Community & Supply Chain

We invested $2.4M in local clean energy literacy programs and partnered with 12 vocational institutes to train technicians in solar PV and battery maintenance. Our supplier code of conduct was updated to align with ILO standards, and 92% of tier-1 suppliers completed our ESG compliance audit.

Governance & Compliance

Strong governance underpins our sustainability performance. The Board of Directors oversees ESG strategy through the Sustainability & Risk Committee, which meets quarterly to review progress, risks, and disclosures.

This report was prepared in accordance with globally recognized sustainability frameworks to ensure comparability, transparency, and stakeholder trust.

Data boundaries cover 100% of wholly-owned operations and majority-controlled joint ventures. Scope 3 calculations follow GHG Protocol Value Chain Standard, with material categories weighted at ≥90% of total footprint.
