Data Privacy & Information Governance
Verdantix processes environmental, operational, and personal data in strict accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California), and other regional privacy frameworks.
All client data collected through our energy monitoring platforms, carbon analytics dashboards, and consulting engagements is encrypted in transit and at rest. We maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) template available upon request and conduct annual third-party security audits.
Our privacy infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified and undergoes continuous monitoring by our internal Security Operations Center (SOC).
Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
As a green technology provider, Verdantix adheres to stringent environmental regulations and industry standards across all jurisdictions of operation. Our compliance program covers:
- Emissions Reporting: Full compliance with EPA Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP) and equivalent international frameworks.

Terms of Service & Client Agreements
All commercial engagements with Verdantix are governed by standardized Master Service Agreements (MSA) that define scope, deliverables, liability limitations, indemnification clauses, and termination conditions. Key provisions include:
- Performance guarantees tied to verified energy output and efficiency metrics
- Clear SLAs for system monitoring, maintenance, and technical support
- Insurance requirements covering installation risks, third-party liability, and cyber events
- Dispute resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction
Digital platform access (dashboard, analytics portal, API) is subject to acceptable use policies and rate-limiting safeguards to ensure service stability.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
Verdantix retains exclusive ownership of its proprietary algorithms, system architectures, software platforms, and patented energy optimization methodologies. Clients are granted limited, non-transferable licenses solely for internal operational use as defined in their service contracts.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized redistribution of Verdantix software or hardware configurations is strictly prohibited. We actively protect our trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets through registered IP portfolios and legal enforcement mechanisms.
Code of Ethics & Whistleblower Policy
Verdantix enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding corruption, bribery, conflict of interest, and environmental misconduct. All employees, contractors, and partners must complete annual ethics training and acknowledge our Code of Conduct.
We operate an independent, confidential reporting channel managed by a third-party compliance firm. Reports may be submitted anonymously and are investigated by our Compliance Committee within 14 business days. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate disciplinary action.
