Guidelines for the protection, usage, and licensing of VoyageLux brand assets, creative content, and proprietary travel materials.

Last Updated: November 2024

1. Policy Overview

VoyageLux Travel & Hospitality is committed to protecting its intellectual property (IP) while respecting the IP rights of others. This policy outlines how our trademarks, copyrights, proprietary travel itineraries, marketing materials, and digital assets are to be used, licensed, and enforced.

All employees, partners, affiliates, media representatives, and third parties interacting with VoyageLux are expected to comply with this policy. Unauthorized use of our protected materials may result in legal action and termination of partnerships.

Our IP represents decades of curated travel expertise, luxury hospitality partnerships, and creative storytelling. Protecting it ensures the integrity of the experiences we deliver to our guests worldwide.

2. Trademarks & Brand Assets

VoyageLux owns and maintains registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, logos, and slogans. These assets are protected under international trademark law and company policy.

Registered Marks

  • VoyageLux (Word Mark, Service Class 39 & 43)
  • VoyageLux Travel & Hospitality (Trade Name)
  • Signature Globe Icon & Wordmark Combination (Logo Mark)
  • “Curated Journeys, Extraordinary Stays” (Trade Slogan)

Usage Guidelines

  • Always use trademarks in their correct form and spelling. Do not alter, modify, or combine marks without written approval.
  • Trademarks must be accompanied by the ® or ™ symbol on first use in any publication or digital medium.
  • Do not use VoyageLux marks as domain names, social media handles, or business entity names without explicit authorization.
  • Partner logos must follow the approved brand kit available through our affiliate portal.

4. Licensing & Partnerships

VoyageLux offers controlled licensing for media coverage, affiliate marketing, co-branded campaigns, and hospitality partner collaborations. All licensing requests must be submitted through our official partnership portal or legal department.

Licensing Tiers

  • Editorial/Media: High-resolution imagery and press kits available for accredited journalists and travel publications under attribution terms.
  • Affiliate/Travel Agents: Approved marketing assets provided after contract execution and brand compliance training.
  • Commercial/Co-Branding: Custom licensing agreements negotiated for joint ventures, event sponsorships, and product placements.

All licenses are non-transferable, territory-specific where noted, and subject to annual renewal. Unauthorized sublicensing will result in immediate revocation.

5. User-Generated Content

VoyageLux welcomes guest reviews, social media tags, and community submissions. By submitting content to our platforms, users grant VoyageLux a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display the content across marketing channels, websites, and partner networks.

Users retain ownership of their original submissions but warrant that they hold all necessary rights and that the content does not infringe upon third-party IP, privacy rights, or applicable laws. VoyageLux reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Reporting Infringement

We take intellectual property violations seriously. If you believe your copyrighted or trademarked work has been used on voyage lux.com or by VoyageLux affiliates without authorization, please submit a detailed notice including:

  1. A description of the allegedly infringed work
  2. Direct URLs or evidence of the unauthorized use
  3. Proof of ownership or licensing rights
  4. Your contact information and a statement of good faith

For Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaints, please reference DMCA 17 U.S.C. § 512 in your submission. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and initiate a review process. Repeat infringers or malicious claims may be subject to legal action or platform restrictions.
