Common Questions About Our Fees

Fees are billed monthly in arrears on the first business day of each month. You can pay via bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit. If your account falls below the minimum required for your plan, we'll notify you 30 days in advance before any changes occur.
No. Our subscription-based plans have fixed monthly fees regardless of portfolio size. For our AUM (Assets Under Management) model, fees scale linearly at 0.45% annually, which is significantly below the industry standard of 0.8%–1.2%.
Advisory fees are generally considered investment expenses and may be tax-deductible depending on your jurisdiction and tax filing status. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional. We provide annual Form 1099-B and brokerage statements to assist with your tax reporting.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your client portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours, and you retain full access to your portfolio and statements indefinitely.
