How do I update text or images on my website?

Log in to your Client Portal, navigate to the CMS Dashboard, and click the page you wish to edit. Use the block editor to modify text, replace images, or reorder sections. All changes are automatically saved and published instantly.

Where can I view my billing statements?

Go to Settings → Billing & Invoices in your Client Portal. You can download PDF receipts, update payment methods, and view upcoming renewal dates. Automated email receipts are sent on the 1st of each month.

Why is my website loading slowly?

Common causes include unoptimized images, excessive third-party scripts, or cache buildup. Use our built-in Performance Monitor in the portal to run an audit. We also recommend enabling CDN caching and compressing media before upload.

Can I change my hosting or SSL certificate?

All WebCraft corporate sites run on our managed enterprise infrastructure. SSL certificates are auto-renewed and managed by our DevOps team. If you require custom server configurations, contact our Enterprise Support team.

How do I submit a support ticket?
