Traditional sports marketing relied on polished, top-down messaging that felt disconnected from actual court culture. The brand required an activation that prioritized community ownership, authentic creator voices, and seamless digital utility.
Our Approach
We developed "Court Vision" around a decentralized tournament model powered by community voting. Instead of scripted endorsements, we embedded content creators directly into iconic city courts across four major markets. We paired this with a custom AR mobile overlay that tracked player stats in real-time, and a drop-based merch system tied to tournament milestones.
The Results
Within the 90-day window, Court Vision generated massive organic traction, established Aura Athletics as a culturally relevant player in street sports, and delivered measurable e-commerce growth through utility-driven engagement.
