The brand required an activation that prioritized community ownership, authentic creator voices, and seamless digital utility.

Our Approach

We developed "Court Vision" around a decentralized tournament model powered by community voting. Instead of scripted endorsements, we embedded content creators directly into iconic city courts across four major markets. We paired this with a custom AR mobile overlay that tracked player stats in real-time, and a drop-based merch system tied to tournament milestones.
