Getting Started
After onboarding, you'll receive access to our secure client portal where you can monitor site health, request support, manage backups, and view performance reports. All access is encrypted and secured with industry-standard protocols.
Dashboard Access
Access your centralized WordPress management dashboard using the following steps:
-
1
Visit the Client Portal
Navigate to portal.wpadmin.com using any modern web browser. Ensure you're using HTTPS for a secure connection.
-
2

Use the email address registered to your account and your temporary password. You'll be prompted to change it upon first login.
-
3
Complete Verification
Verify your email and phone number to unlock full portal features and enable two-factor authentication.
Security & Two-Factor Authentication
🔐 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all account holders. Once enabled, you'll receive a time-based verification code via authenticator app or SMS on every login.
🛡 Session & IP Management
- Active sessions are displayed in Account Settings → Security
- Revoke any unfamiliar devices instantly
- Optional IP whitelisting available for enterprise accounts
- Automated logouts after 30 days of inactivity
User Roles & Permissions
Wp Admin uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure team members only access what they need. Each role grants specific permissions within the client portal and connected WordPress sites.
| Role | Dashboard Access | Site Management | Billing & Plans | Support Tickets |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | Full Access | Manage all sites, users, & settings | View & modify billing | Create, view, manage |
| Admin | Full Access | Manage sites & content | View only | Create & view |
| Viewer | Reports & Status only | Read-only | No access | View only |
Managing Team Access
Invite team members directly from Settings → Team & Access. New members receive an email invitation with a secure activation link. Invitations expire after 7 days.
Invitation Workflow
1. Enter colleague's email address
2. Select appropriate role (Owner, Admin, or Viewer)
3. Add optional personal message
4. Send invitation & track status in dashboard
Revoking Access
To remove a team member, navigate to their profile in the Team dashboard and click Revoke Access. Their session will terminate immediately, and all associated API keys will be invalidated.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
⚠️ "Invalid Credentials" Error
Ensure Caps Lock is off and check for extra spaces. If recently changed, wait 2 minutes for cache sync. Use the Forgot Password link to reset via email.
📱 2FA Code Not Working
Device time must be synchronized. Open your authenticator app settings and enable "Time correction for codes". If using SMS, ensure you have cellular coverage.
🔄 Account Locked After Multiple Attempts
Security locks activate after 5 failed attempts. Accounts automatically unlock after 30 minutes, or contact support for immediate verification unlock.
