How are plan changes handled? +
When you upgrade, we prorate the difference and charge your card immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No service interruption occurs during transitions.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
How do I get a tax invoice? +
Invoices are automatically emailed after each successful payment. You can also download PDF invoices from the billing history section or request custom billing details via support.
