Yes! We offer a free 30-minute discovery call where we discuss your challenges and provide high-level recommendations. For select projects, we may also offer a paid audit or PoC (Proof of Concept) at a discounted rate to demonstrate value before full commitment.

Standard payment terms are Net 15 for new clients and Net 30 for established partners. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and wire transfers. Enterprise clients can discuss invoicing schedules and procurement workflows.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations result in immediate termination of active services, and you will be billed pro-rata for the current period. We believe in earning your business every month.
