How long does a typical deployment take? +
Most deployments complete within 2-5 seconds thanks to our edge-optimized build system. Larger monorepos or custom CI steps may take slightly longer, but you'll see real-time logs throughout the process.
Can I change my plan at any time? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade instantly. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What are the API rate limits? +
Rate limits vary by plan: Starter (100 req/min), Pro (1,000 req/min), Enterprise (custom). All responses include `X-RateLimit-Remaining` headers for easy monitoring. Need higher limits? Contact sales.
Is two-factor authentication mandatory? +
2FA is highly recommended and enforced by default on all Enterprise accounts. For Starter and Pro plans, you can enable it in Settings > Security. We support TOTP, WebAuthn, and hardware keys.
How do I export my repository data? +
Navigate to Settings > Data Management and click "Export Full Backup". You'll receive a zip archive via secure download link within minutes. Includes commits, metadata, and attached assets.
