Ring Requirements
- Must be publicly accessible via HTTP(S) or archived IPFS/Archive.org link
- Content should reflect 1990–2005 web design principles or intentional retro styling
- No auto-redirects, aggressive pop-ups, or malicious scripts
- Must include the provided ring navigation badge in the footer or sidebar
- Owner must agree to long-term preservation and non-commercial archiving terms
- HTML source must be viewable (no fully obfuscated JS-only frameworks)
