How We Started
It began with a simple observation: too much time was being spent managing systems instead of building them.
Admin was founded in 2019 by a small group of engineers, product designers, and operations leaders who shared a common frustration. Across every organization they worked with, teams were juggling disconnected tools, manual workflows, and opaque data silos. The result? Burnout, delayed decisions, and missed opportunities.
Rather than accept this as normal, we set out to build something different. We started with a single platform designed to unify administrative operations, automate repetitive tasks, and surface the insights that actually matter. What began as an internal tool quickly evolved into a mission to help organizations work more intelligently.
Today, Admin serves thousands of teams worldwide. We've grown from a garage project to a distributed company, but our focus hasn't changed: remove friction, restore clarity, and give people back their most valuable resource—their time.
