1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any Admin service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may use the platform for lawful business operations. You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
  • Exceed plan limitations or bypass technical safeguards
  • Transfer, resell, or sublicense access without written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and technology remain the exclusive property of Admin. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a limited license to process it solely for service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Admin provides services 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use or service interruptions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to maintain valid payment methods, or pose a security risk. Termination does not waive any accrued rights or obligations.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Applicable to Business & Enterprise accounts | Effective: December 1, 2025

This Addendum forms an integral part of the Master Services Agreement and governs the processing of personal data.

Roles & Responsibilities

Admin acts as a Data Processor for personal data provided by you (the Controller). We process data strictly according to your documented instructions, except where required by applicable law.

Security Measures

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Role-based access control and audit logging
  • Regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Employee confidentiality agreements and security training

International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legally binding mechanisms to ensure adequate protection.

Sub-processors

We maintain a transparent list of sub-processors and notify you of material changes 30 days in advance. You retain the right to object to new sub-processors under applicable data protection laws.
