Fault F-4022 indicates a transient pressure variance in Stage 1. Navigate to /diagnostics/ecu/reset, verify coolant levels are within 92–98%, and execute a soft reset. If the fault persists after 3 cycles, schedule an injector manifold inspection. See Manual Sec 4.2.1.
Access the Payload Control Interface (PCI) and run `ORION_SOLAR_RECAL --mode=auto`. The system will execute a 180° sweep to verify actuator limits. Ensure ground station telemetry is active before initiating. Refer to Sat Ops Guide v3.8.
Download the signed .bin package from the secure repository. Verify the SHA-256 checksum matches the manifest. Use the `AV-FLASH` utility with the `--verify-chain` flag. Do not interrupt power during the 14-minute write cycle. See Firmware Update SOP.
Per AS9100D and AeroVance MRO-774 standards, composite structural panels require thermal cycling every 1,200 flight hours or 18 months, whichever comes first. The test envelope ranges from -60°C to +120°C across 50 cycles. Report anomalies via the ticket portal.
All export control matrices, NISP compliance checklists, and secure data handling protocols are available in the Client Portal under Compliance & Security. Restricted documents require 2FA and verified contractor clearance. Contact support for portal access recovery.
