Certain technical data may be classified as "U.S. Government Restricted Data" or subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission of such materials may violate federal law and result in criminal and civil penalties.

5. Export Controls & Compliance

By accessing technical specifications or requesting quotes, you certify that you are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction and will not export, re-export, or otherwise transfer controlled technology to prohibited end-users or entities without obtaining all required government licenses.

Aerospace engineering parameters are subject to change based on mission requirements, regulatory updates, and flight test data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroVance Aerospace Corporation, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or mission-critical operations, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

AeroVance reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
