3. Required Information

• Removal/Restriction: If valid, the infringing content will be removed or access disabled promptly, typically within 3–5 business days.
• Notification: The contributor who posted the material will be notified of the takedown and directed to the counter-notice process if they believe the removal was erroneous.
• Record Keeping: All notices and actions are logged for compliance, transparency, and potential legal proceedings.

We strive to balance rights protection with the uninterrupted flow of verified educational content. In cases of ambiguity, we may temporarily restrict content while conducting a thorough review.

5. Counter-Notice Process

If you are a contributor whose content was removed or restricted, and you believe it constitutes fair use, is public domain, or was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.

• Identification of the removed/restricted material and its original URL

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
