Unauthorized use of content hosted on or through our platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
๐ค How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you wish to report content on Aevum Encyclopedia that may infringe upon your rights, please provide our designated DMCA Agent with the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the infringing material and its location on our platform, including the specific URL(s) of the page(s) or entry(ies) in question.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

๐ Submit a DMCA Notice
You may submit your notice via the form below or by emailing our DMCA Agent directly. All submissions are reviewed within 2โ5 business days.
โฉ๏ธ Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Upon receipt, we will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant, who will have 10โ14 business days to file a legal action before the material may be restored.
๐ซ Repeat Infringer Policy
Aevum Encyclopedia maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts and contributions of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove content without prior notice for accounts that violate copyright laws repeatedly or severely.
