Grace Period: All new premium subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided less than 10% of premium content has been accessed.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are processed within 5 business days for eligible requests submitted within the 14-day window.
  • Annual Plans: Prorated refunds are available after the initial 14-day period, calculated based on remaining active months.
