Yes. Aevum Encyclopedia is committed to open knowledge. There are no fees, membership dues, or hidden costs to become an ambassador. All tools, training, and resources are provided at no charge.

Absolutely. We actively welcome high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. Many of our most active ambassadors are early-career researchers and learners passionate about their fields.

Applications are typically reviewed within 10–14 business days. You'll receive an email notification with feedback, next steps, or an invitation to join the next onboarding cohort.

Life happens. If your availability changes, you can pause your active status, transition to a volunteer contributor role, or complete the program cycle and receive a Certificate of Completion for your time served.

The core program is volunteer-based. However, high-performing ambassadors may qualify for quarterly micro-grants, research stipends, or sponsored conference travel based on measurable impact and initiative leadership.
