Content, AI & Accuracy

Every article undergoes a three-layer review: initial AI cross-referencing against trusted academic databases, community peer review, and final sign-off by domain experts. All claims include traceable citations and source transparency tags.
Our AI is designed to assist, not replace human expertise. It highlights connections, summarizes dense topics, and suggests related concepts, but always flags unverified statements and provides direct links to primary sources. You can toggle AI assistance on or off anytime.
High-traffic and rapidly evolving topics (like tech, medicine, and current events) are updated daily. Historical and foundational articles are reviewed quarterly. All version histories are publicly accessible.
Aevum currently supports 140+ languages. Core articles are professionally translated, while community-contributed translations are peer-reviewed. You can set your preferred language in account settings or toggle real-time translation on any page.

Contributing & Community

Anyone can start by creating an account and submitting edits. To become a verified editor or domain expert, submit your credentials (academic, professional, or published work) through the Contributor Portal. Approval typically takes 3-5 business days.
No. Aevum welcomes knowledgeable enthusiasts, professionals, and students. However, edits to sensitive or highly technical topics may require additional verification or expert sign-off before publishing.
Edits are first screened by our AI for policy compliance and citation format. Then, they enter a community queue where verified contributors in that discipline review them. Changes go live once they receive the required approval threshold.
