You retain ownership of your original submissions but affirm that your contributions do not infringe upon third-party rights.
4. AI-Enhanced Features
Important: AI-generated insights, semantic search results, and knowledge graph visualizations are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Our proprietary AI systems continuously learn from verified sources and user interactions. While we implement rigorous safety and accuracy filters, AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or biases. Users are encouraged to cross-reference critical information with primary sources.
Aevum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Aevum Encyclopedia platform, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and proprietary algorithms, is protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The phrase "Aevum Encyclopedia" and associated branding are exclusive properties of Aevum Technologies, Inc.

Commercial redistribution, data scraping, or automated harvesting of content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy & Data Usage

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9. Termination
