Submit Proposal

Complete the online application with a project outline, budget breakdown, timeline, and writing samples. Proposals are accepted in English, Spanish, French, or Mandarin.

Initial Review

Our editorial grants committee reviews submissions for feasibility, impact potential, and alignment with Aevum's mission. Applicants receive acknowledgment within 5 business days.

Interview & Due Diligence

Shortlisted applicants participate in a 30-minute virtual interview. We verify credentials, assess editorial independence, and discuss resource allocation.

Award & Onboarding

Selected journalists receive a formal grant agreement, payment schedule, and access to our legal, data, and production support network. Funds are disbursed within 10 days.

No. Aevum grants support editorial independence. However, recipients must grant us non-exclusive syndication rights and credit the Aevum News Foundation in published work.

Funds may cover journalist stipends, research tools, travel, data licenses, translation, legal counsel, and production costs. Administrative overhead is capped at 10%.

Yes. Depending on the grant type, delivery windows range from 3 to 12 months. Extensions may be granted for complex investigations requiring additional fieldwork or legal clearance.
