Program Overview

The Aevum Zenth Global Rotational Program is our premier leadership development initiative. Selected fellows undergo structured rotations across multiple high-impact divisions, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, operations, innovation, and P&L management.

Participants work directly with C-suite leaders and division heads, contributing to live projects that drive measurable business outcomes. The program culminates in a permanent leadership placement within a division of the fellow's choice and the company's strategic need.

Whether you're drawn to aerospace engineering, quantum computing, global finance, or sustainable agriculture, this program accelerates your trajectory while expanding your operational perspective across an entire conglomerate.

However, if a fellow does not meet the competency benchmarks by Month 22, we work collaboratively to place them in a non-leadership track role within Aevum Zenth that matches their demonstrated strengths, ensuring no fellowship ends without a career pathway.
