1. Executive Summary & Scope
Aevum Zenth Conglomerate maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward bribery, corruption, and facilitation payments in all jurisdictions. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, subsidiaries, joint ventures, agents, and third-party intermediaries engaged on behalf of the Conglomerate across all 400+ operating entities globally.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Red Flags
Employees and representatives are strictly prohibited from offering, promising, authorizing, or providing anything of value to improperly influence business decisions, secure unfair advantages, or bypass regulatory requirements. Red flags include unexplained cash transactions, vague consulting fees, requests for confidentiality, and deals involving high-risk jurisdictions.
7. Reporting & Whistleblower Protection
All suspected violations must be reported immediately through the Aevum Zeth Integrity Hotline or Compliance Portal. The Conglomerate guarantees strict confidentiality and prohibits retaliation against good-faith reporters. All reports trigger an independent investigation within 5 business days.
