Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any digital platforms, APIs, client portals, or services operated by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms specific to individual subsidiaries or product offerings. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of all Services.
Note: These terms apply globally across all Aevum Zenth divisions. Certain subsidiary-specific terms may supplement, but not contradict, this agreement.
2. Scope & Subsidiaries
Aevum Zenth Conglomerate operates through 400+ wholly-owned and majority-controlled subsidiaries spanning energy, technology, aerospace, healthcare, finance, logistics, media, and advanced research. When you interact with a specific division or subsidiary, additional localized terms, compliance frameworks, or jurisdictional disclosures may apply. All subsidiary terms remain subordinate to this master agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written contract executed by authorized Aevum Zenth officers.
3. User Accounts & Obligations
Access to certain Services requires account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Update your profile details promptly to reflect changes.
- Notify Aevum Zenth immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Comply with all applicable data protection and cybersecurity standards when using enterprise or API services.
Aevum Zenth reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts that violate these terms, exhibit fraudulent activity, or compromise system integrity.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, datasets, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and proprietary methodologies accessible through the Services are the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its respective divisions, unless otherwise noted. Limited license is granted solely for your internal, non-commercial use of the Services as intended. Reverse engineering, decompilation, data scraping, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of any IP is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Interfere with system integrity, network infrastructure, or API rate limits.
- Impersonate Aevum Zenth personnel, subsidiaries, or third-party partners.
- Extract, sell, or redistribute proprietary data without explicit written consent.
- Engage in activities that violate export controls, sanctions lists, or anti-corruption laws.
Violations may result in immediate termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aevum Zenth Conglomerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any, for the specific Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with said rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Geneva, Switzerland.
9. Amendments & Severability
Aevum Zenth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in operations, regulatory requirements, or legal standards. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or prominent website notice. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
