All corporate acts, governance structures, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate are subject to the laws of Switzerland, unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific divisional charters or local subsidiary registrations.

2. Dispute Resolution
Aevum Zenth maintains a structured approach to dispute resolution designed to protect the interests of the Company, its shareholders, partners, and clients while ensuring efficient legal proceedings.
2.1 Binding Arbitration Clause
Unless otherwise mandated by local consumer protection laws or specific regulatory requirements, all disputes arising out of or in connection with contracts, partnerships, vendor agreements, or service engagements with Aevum Zenth or its subsidiaries shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

6. Contractual Obligations & Amendments
