§ 1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any digital platform, service, product, or portal operated by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate ("Aevum Zenth," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to corporate websites, client portals, investor relations platforms, subsidiary interfaces, and mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are accessing these services on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind such entity to these Terms. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
§ 2 Scope & Applicability
These Terms govern your interaction with Aevum Zenth's corporate infrastructure across all operating divisions, including Energy & Power, Digital Systems, Aerospace & Defense, Health Sciences, Capital Group, Properties, Agritech, Global Logistics, Media Group, Infrastructure Corp, Advanced Research, and Robotics Labs.
Where specific subsidiary terms, divisional agreements, or localized compliance frameworks conflict with these Terms, the more restrictive or specialized agreement shall prevail, provided it does not diminish your statutory rights. International users remain subject to both these Terms and applicable local regulations.
§ 3 User Accounts & Access
Certain platforms require account creation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Immediately notify Aevum Zenth of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Accept responsibility for all transactions, data submissions, and communications originating from your account
- Allow Aevum Zenth to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law
Account restrictions may apply based on geographic jurisdiction, regulatory compliance, or division-specific clearance requirements.
§ 4 Permitted Use & Restrictions
You may access and use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You expressly agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our platforms without explicit written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary systems
- Use our infrastructure for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
- Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or compromise system integrity
- Misrepresent affiliation with Aevum Zenth or its divisions for commercial gain
§ 5 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, designs, datasets, methodologies, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies hosted on or accessible through Aevum Zenth platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, its subsidiaries, or their licensed partners. This includes, but is not limited to, the Aevum Zenth trademark, visual identity, architectural blueprints, research publications, and digital assets.
Users retain ownership of content they submit; however, by submission, you grant Aevum Zenth a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and improve such content for service delivery purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Aevum Zenth IP is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
§ 6 Privacy & Data Processing
Your personal and operational data is processed in accordance with the Aevum Zenth Privacy Policy, Data Protection Framework, and applicable international regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, and local equivalents). Data may be processed across jurisdictions to support cross-divisional operations, regulatory reporting, and service optimization.
You acknowledge that certain sensitive data (financial, health, biometric, or government-cleared information) may be subject to enhanced encryption, access controls, and retention schedules mandated by divisional compliance protocols. You may request data access, correction, or deletion where legally permissible, subject to regulatory and contractual obligations.
§ 7 Subsidiaries & Third Parties
Aevum Zenth operates through 400+ subsidiaries and strategic partners. While we maintain overarching governance standards, subsidiary entities may operate under localized terms, licensing agreements, or industry-specific regulations. Links to third-party services, vendor portals, or affiliate platforms do not constitute endorsement; Aevum Zenth assumes no liability for third-party content, practices, or service interruptions.
Cross-divisional data sharing occurs only where necessary for integrated service delivery, explicitly consented by the user, or required by law. Users engaging with specific divisions should review division-specific disclosures where applicable.
§ 8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth, its parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond reasonable control
- Unauthorized third-party access resulting from user credential compromise
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $500 USD, unless otherwise mandated by non-waivable statutory provisions.
§ 9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) expressly does not apply.
Except where mandatory local jurisdiction applies to consumer or employment disputes, any legal action arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and waive objections regarding forum non conveniens.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days prior to initiating formal proceedings. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Swiss Arbitration Centre under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, seated in Geneva, with a single arbitrator.
Class action waivers apply to all arbitration proceedings, except where explicitly prohibited by non-waivable law. Interim injunctive relief may be sought from competent courts to preserve rights pending arbitration.
§ 11 Modifications to Terms
Aevum Zenth reserves the right to amend, modify, or supersede these Terms at any time to reflect operational changes, regulatory updates, or service enhancements. Material modifications will be communicated via platform notification, registered email, or conspicuous posting on our legal portal. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of services following the effective date of any modification constitutes irrevocable acceptance. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must cease all use of Aevum Zenth platforms and terminate active sessions prior to the effective date.
