6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software architectures, proprietary algorithms, trade secrets, and technical documentation featured on Aevum Zenth platforms are the exclusive property of Aevum Zenth Conglomerate or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent under international IP law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth and its affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business continuity, or goodwill, arising from:
- Use or inability to use our platforms, APIs, or physical infrastructure
- Unauthorized access, data breaches, or third-party interference
- Service interruptions, latency, or force majeure events
- Reliance on information, projections, or telemetry provided on our systems
Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Aevum Zenth during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $1,000 USD, whichever is greater. This Policy does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury where prohibited by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platforms may integrate with or reference third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure partners, financial institutions, logistics networks, and analytics vendors. Aevum Zenth does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the privacy practices, content, or liability of external services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party before interacting with them.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Aevum Zenth entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Policy or our services shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with ICC rules, or in courts of competent jurisdiction where mandatory legal rights require litigation.
