Because our products are digital files that can be downloaded immediately and are non-tangible, refunds are generally not provided unless specific exceptions apply. Please ensure you review all product previews and descriptions before purchasing.

🚫 General Non-Refundable Situations

In accordance with standard practices for digital goods, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after download.
  • Disliking the style, color, or design after purchase.
  • Inability to use the files due to lack of software, skills, or compatible hardware.
  • Accidental purchases or purchases made on behalf of another person.
  • Modifications made to the files after download.
  • Violation of license terms or redistribution of assets.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider refund requests only under the following circumstances:

1. Defective or Corrupted Files

If the downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or fail to open due to an error on our end, we will provide a full refund or replace the files upon verification.

2. Product Not as Described

If the product delivered significantly differs from the description on the product page (e.g., missing formats, wrong dimensions, wrong content), we will issue a full refund.

3. Delivery Failure

If you did not receive the download link or access credentials within 24 hours of purchase, and we can confirm no delivery was made, a refund or manual re-delivery will be provided.

4. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately upon confirmation.

📋 How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please follow these steps:

  • Include Details: Your order number, email used for purchase, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Provide Evidence: If applicable, attach screenshots or error messages demonstrating the defect or error.

We will review all requests and respond within 2-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment processor.

⚖️ License & Usage Terms

Please note that purchasing an asset from Apple Touch Icon.png grants you a license to use the files as defined in our License Agreement. Refunds are typically voided if the license has been violated (e.g., reselling, sharing files publicly, or using in projects beyond the scope of the purchased license).

🔄 Exchanges & Replacements

In many cases, we prefer to offer file replacements or corrections rather than refunds. If there is a minor issue with the asset, we may provide an updated file or additional resources at no cost. We reserve the right to offer a replacement in lieu of a refund at our discretion.
