9. Changes to These Terms

Artisan Studio may periodically revise these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our design services, applicable laws, industry standards, or business practices. This section outlines how we will notify you of modifications and how continued use of our services may constitute acceptance of updated terms.

Right to Modify

We reserve the unilateral right to amend, modify, or update any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice, except as specified below. Any changes will be posted to this section of our website and will apply immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated.

Notice of Material Changes

If we make material modifications to these Terms—defined as changes that significantly alter your rights, obligations, or the scope of services provided—we will endeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice through one or more of the following methods:

• A conspicuous notice displayed on our primary website or client portal
• Direct email to the account holder or primary contact listed on your project agreement
• Notification included in project deliverables or service reports

Effective Dates & Version Control

Each revised version of these Terms will display an updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this page. If a particular modification specifies a future effective date, the changes will not be enforced until that date arrives. Clients with active design contracts or ongoing creative campaigns will be notified individually, and existing project scopes will not be retroactively altered without mutual written consent.

Non-Acceptance & Service Termination

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may opt not to use our services by providing written notice to our team. In such cases, we will honor the completion of any paid milestones under the previous Terms, and you may request the return of unused deposits or preliminary assets in accordance with our cancellation policy.
