During our initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed timeline tailored to your project. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Our standard packages include 3 rounds of revisions for each design phase. This typically covers:

• Round 1: Major adjustments based on initial concepts
• Round 2: Fine-tuning and refinements
• Round 3: Final polish and minor tweaks

Additional revision rounds are available at $150 per round. We find that 3 rounds is usually sufficient to achieve the perfect result.

We offer flexible pricing options to suit different needs:

• Project-Based Pricing: Fixed quote after initial consultation — most common for defined projects
• Hourly Rate: $125/hour for smaller tasks or ongoing work
• Monthly Retainer: Starting at $3,000/month for ongoing creative support
• Package Deals: Bundled services at discounted rates

All quotes include a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon completion. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.

We want every client to be completely satisfied with our work:

• Before work begins: Full refund of deposit
• After initial concepts: Partial refund based on work completed
• After final delivery: No refunds, but we offer free minor adjustments within 14 days

If at any point you feel we're not the right fit, please let us know as early as possible. We'll work to make the transition as smooth as possible.

We deliver all designs in industry-standard formats:

• Vector formats: AI, EPS, SVG (for logos and graphics)
• Raster formats: PNG, JPG, TIFF (for photos and rendered designs)
• Web formats: SVG, PNG, WebP (optimized for digital use)
• Print-ready: PDF/X-1a, high-res TIFF
• Source files: Available upon request for an additional fee

All files are delivered via a secure download link with lifetime access.

Yes! Upon final payment, you receive full commercial rights and ownership of all delivered designs. This includes:

• Unlimited usage across all platforms and media
• Right to modify and adapt the designs
• No attribution required
• Permanent, transferable license

We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Getting started is simple:

We offer a 14-day post-delivery support window where minor adjustments are free of charge. This covers things like:

• Color corrections
• Text updates
• Minor layout tweaks

For larger changes after delivery, we'll provide a quote based on the scope. Our hourly rate is $125/hour for post-project work.
