To cancel or reschedule, log in to your dashboard and navigate to "My Bookings." Click on the specific appointment you wish to change. If the service provider allows cancellations within the policy timeframe (usually 24 hours), you can click "Cancel" or "Reschedule" directly. A confirmation email will be sent immediately.

Booking through BookEase is 100% free for customers. We do not charge service fees for individual bookings. Service providers pay a subscription to list their services on our platform.

Refunds are handled according to the specific policy of the service provider you booked with. Most providers offer full refunds for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. If you encounter issues getting a refund from a provider, our support team is happy to mediate.

Yes! When completing a booking, you will see an option to enter details for a different person. You can also send a booking invite link directly to the person via email or SMS.
