How does billing work?

Monthly plans are charged on the 1st of each month. Annual plans are billed upfront with a 20% discount. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time, and your remaining balance will be prorated.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll charge a prorated amount. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused sessions or credits can be rolled over for up to 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?

Yes! All plans come with a 7-day free trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your first paid session, we offer a 100% refund within 14 days. No hoops, no questions asked.

What happens if I miss a scheduled session?

Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will still be counted toward your monthly quota. You can reschedule freely with proper notice, or contact support to request a makeup session.
