How much can I earn as a coach? +
Rates vary based on your rating, experience, and specialization. Most coaches start between $25-$60/hour. Titled players and specialists often command $75-$150+/hour. You set your base rate, and we never take a commission.
Do I need to create lesson plans? +
Not at all. While you're welcome to use your own materials, our platform provides a library of 5,000+ structured lessons, puzzles, and opening lines. You can also record and save custom templates for future students.
What if a student cancels last minute? +
Our system enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. Students who cancel within 24 hours are charged 50% of the session fee, which is paid directly to you as a no-show compensation.
Can I coach groups or only 1-on-1? +
Both! Once approved, you can offer individual lessons, pair sessions, and group bootcamps (up to 10 students). Group rates are automatically calculated and distributed.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment? +
No contracts or minimum hours. You're an independent educator. Pause your availability anytime or leave the network whenever you choose. We believe in flexibility for coaches.
