• Impersonate titled players, moderators, or ChessMaster staff.
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Platform without written authorization.

5. Modifications & Termination
ChessMaster Forum reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

• Outcomes of tournaments or matches, including disputes between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChessMaster Forum is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
