At CloudNexus, we take data protection seriously. As a cloud infrastructure provider processing personal data across multiple jurisdictions, we ensure full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CCPA, and other applicable frameworks.
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data held by CloudNexus
- Restrict or object to specific processing activities
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated
All DPO requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within the statutory 30-day period (extendable by up to 60 days for complex cases). Our DPO operates independently and is directly accountable to the Board of Directors.
