1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ConnectHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ConnectHub platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Important: By accessing or using ConnectHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ConnectHub Inc. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on ConnectHub. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of your parent or guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
In some regions, the age requirement may be higher based on local regulations. ConnectHub reserves the right to request verification of your age or identity at any time.
4. User Content
4.1 Your Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on ConnectHub ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content, you grant ConnectHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.
4.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
4.3 Removal
ConnectHub reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may remove content without prior notice.
5. Licenses
In addition to the license granted in Section 4, when you post, display, or submit User Content, you grant ConnectHub the rights and licenses described in our Privacy Policy. These licenses are necessary for ConnectHub to provide the Service to you and others.
For example, when you upload a photo or video, you grant us the license to display it in the feed, resize it for different devices, and store it on our servers.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Collecting or storing personal data about other users in connection with unauthorized activities.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Using the Service to send unsolicited communications, such as spam.
- Automating the use of the Service (e.g., using bots, scrapers) without written permission.
- Engaging in harmful behavior, including harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 ConnectHub IP
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ConnectHub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8.2 Trademarks
"ConnectHub," the ConnectHub logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ConnectHub Inc. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ConnectHub.
9. Monetization
ConnectHub offers monetization tools for eligible creators, including subscriptions, tips, and ad revenue sharing ("Monetization Features").
- Eligibility for Monetization Features is determined solely by ConnectHub.
- ConnectHub may modify, suspend, or terminate Monetization Features at any time without notice.
- You are responsible for all tax reporting and payments related to your earnings. ConnectHub does not guarantee any minimum earnings.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow the account deletion steps in your settings. Some information may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy or legal obligations.
11. Disclaimer
Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ConnectHub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included therein.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, ConnectHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ConnectHub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
14. Changes to Terms
ConnectHub reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
