To maintain Cup Source’s commitment to quality and sustainability, all approved suppliers must meet the following standards.
All materials must be food-safe, leak-resistant, and withstand thermal stress. Regular third-party lab testing reports are required.
Preference given to suppliers using recycled, compostable, or FSC-certified materials. Carbon footprint documentation is encouraged.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) must be clearly defined. Standard lead times should not exceed 14-21 days for bulk orders.
Valid business license, FDA compliance, and general liability insurance ($1M+) are mandatory for onboarding.
