1. General Disclaimer
All products, information, and services provided by Cup Source ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we strive to maintain accuracy regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability, we do not warrant that our website or product descriptions will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that defects will be corrected.
2. Product Warranty & Quality Assurance
Cup Source warrants that all products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and storage conditions for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
2.1 Remedies
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Cup Source's sole obligation and the buyer's exclusive remedy shall be, at Cup Source's option:
- To replace the defective product(s) at no additional cost (excluding shipping fees unless the error originated from Cup Source).
- To issue a credit or refund equal to the purchase price of the defective product(s).
To claim a warranty, customers must contact our support team within 30 days of delivery, providing order numbers, photographs of the defect, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Custom Branding & Printing Disclaimer
For orders involving custom logos, artwork, or color matching:
- Color Variations: Screen printing and digital printing may result in slight color variations compared to digital proofs. Industry standard tolerance is +/-10% CMYK or Pantone variance. Cup Source is not liable for minor color discrepancies within this tolerance.
- Artwork Approval: The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs prior to production. Once production has commenced, changes cannot be made, and Cup Source assumes no liability for errors present in the approved artwork.
- Setup Fees: Custom setup fees are non-refundable once the order has entered the production queue.
4. Food Safety & Compliance
Cup Source sources products that are generally compliant with FDA regulations for food contact materials where applicable. However:
- Cup Source does not provide legal or regulatory advice regarding food safety compliance.
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended food and beverage applications, including temperature limits (hot/cold) and chemical compatibility.
- Use of products in a manner inconsistent with intended use (e.g., using non-heat-resistant cups for boiling liquids) voids all warranties and disclaimers Cup Source from any resulting liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cup Source, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Loss of data or goodwill.
- Business interruption or supply chain delays.
- Personal injury or property damage arising from product misuse.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the sale of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Our website or documentation may contain links to third-party websites or references to third-party certifications. These are provided for convenience only. Cup Source does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites.
7. Changes to This Policy
Cup Source reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Warranty & Disclaimer Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
