Your bonus is paid 30 days after your referred candidate successfully completes their 90-day probation period. Payment is processed through your regular payroll (for employees) or via direct deposit / check (for external referrers). You'll receive an email notification once the bonus has been issued.
No. To qualify for the bonus, the candidate must be new to CyberVault and not have been employed, interviewed, or submitted for a role within the past 12 months. Boomerang candidates hired through our alumni program do not qualify for a referral bonus.
There is no cap! You can refer as many candidates as you'd like. Each successful hire (after their 90-day probation) earns you a separate $2,000 bonus. Our top referrers each year are also recognized at our annual awards ceremony.
You still receive the full $2,000 bonus regardless of which role they end up being hired for, as long as they were submitted through our referral system and meet the qualification criteria.
Yes! While our current employees earn the highest bonus tier, we also welcome referrals from former employees, contractors, business partners, and university contacts. External referrers receive the full $2,000 bonus paid via direct deposit or check.
After submitting a referral, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique referral ID. You can use this ID to check status updates. You'll also receive email notifications at each major stage: when the candidate is screened, interviewed, offered, and when your bonus is paid.
