- Provide secure access to relevant databases, APIs, or data warehouses within 5 business days of kickoff.
- Ensure data samples are representative and include necessary metadata/schema documentation.
- Notify DataPulse immediately of any upstream data pipeline changes or schema updates.
Timely Feedback & Approvals
Iterative delivery requires prompt review cycles to maintain sprint velocity and project timelines.
- Assign a dedicated point of contact with authority to approve deliverables.
- Provide consolidated feedback within 2 business days of milestone submission.
- Participate in scheduled sprint reviews and steering committee meetings.
Internal Resource Allocation
Cross-functional alignment ensures technical solutions match business context and operational reality.
- Dedicate 10–15 hours/week from internal SMEs for workshops, validation, and testing.
- Provide engineering support for deployment environments and infrastructure provisioning.
- Facilitate introductions to key stakeholders across relevant business units.
Payment & Contractual Compliance
Clear financial and legal alignment prevents disruption to ongoing analytics initiatives.
- Adhere to payment schedules outlined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
- Submit purchase orders or billing approvals prior to phase milestones.
- Notify our finance team 10 days in advance of any internal procurement process changes.
Security & Regulatory Adherence
Data privacy and compliance are shared responsibilities to protect both organizations.
- Classify and mask PII/PHI before sharing with external consulting teams where required.
- Ensure internal access controls comply with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, or industry-specific frameworks.
- Grant DataPulse approved personnel access via your SSO/identity provider per security protocols.
Communication & Change Management
Structured communication channels and change readiness drive adoption and long-term value.
- Use designated collaboration platforms (Slack/Teams, Jira, Confluence) for project tracking.
- Escalate scope changes formally via the Change Request workflow to avoid timeline impact.
- Support internal training and change management activities for new dashboards or ML tools.
