How do I claim or update my business listing?

Search for your business in the directory, click the listing, and select "Claim this Business". You'll receive a verification email or phone call. Once verified, you'll get full admin access to update hours, photos, and descriptions.

Why is my listing flagged or temporarily suspended?

Listings may be flagged for policy violations, unverified contact information, or user reports. Check your email for our review notification, follow the reinstatement steps, or reply to this support ticket with your business license/verification documents.

How do I cancel or modify my premium subscription?

Log in to your Dashboard β†’ Billing & Plans β†’ Manage Subscription. You can downgrade, pause, or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are prorated per our Terms of Service.

I found an error or outdated info on a listing. What should I do?

Click the "Report Inaccuracy" button on the listing page. Provide the correct information and a source if available. Our moderation team reviews reports within 1–3 business days and updates the directory accordingly.

Do you offer API access for business integration?

Yes. DirConnect provides RESTful APIs for listing sync, review widgets, and directory embeds. API access is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Visit our Developer Portal or contact our partnerships team for documentation and sandbox keys.
