3. Community Conduct

4. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account suspension:

1. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to bypass authentication, exploit vulnerabilities, or access restricted data.
2. Malware & Security Threats: Distributing viruses, phishing links, or any code designed to disrupt services.
3. Scraping & Automation: Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized APIs to extract content or user data.
4. Impersonation & Fraud: Creating fake identities, misrepresenting affiliations, or engaging in deceptive practices.
5. Spam & Commercial Solicitation: Posting unsolicited promotions, affiliate links, or third-party services without explicit approval.
6. Content Theft & Piracy: Recording, redistributing, or selling paid courses, certificates, or proprietary materials.

Violations will be investigated thoroughly. EliteCircle cooperates with law enforcement when criminal activity is suspected.

5. Content Guidelines

User-generated content must adhere to professional and educational standards:

• Materials shared must be original or properly licensed.
• AI-generated content must be clearly disclosed when used in assignments or discussions.
• Copyrighted materials (articles, code, media) require explicit permission or fall under fair use for educational critique.
• Explicit, violent, or graphically inappropriate content will be removed immediately.
• Members retain rights to their original submissions but grant EliteCircle a non-exclusive license to display, moderate, and archive content within the platform.

6. Reporting & Enforcement

We rely on community vigilance to maintain a safe environment. If you witness policy violations:

1. Report Immediately: Use the in-platform reporting tool or email support@elitecircle.com.
2. Provide Evidence: Include timestamps, screenshots, or links to help our moderation team investigate efficiently.
3. Expect Transparency: You will receive a confirmation receipt and updates on the resolution status.

Enforcement Actions: Depending on severity, violations may result in:

• Content removal or post editing
• Temporary communication restrictions
• Account suspension (7–30 days)
• Permanent termination with forfeiture of subscription benefits
• Legal action for fraud, IP theft, or criminal conduct

7. Policy Updates

EliteCircle may revise this policy to reflect platform changes, community feedback, or legal requirements. Updates will be:

• Posted with a revised "Last Updated" date
• Communicated via email or in-app notification for material changes
• Effective immediately upon posting, though enforcement may allow a 14-day transition period for minor edits

Continued use of EliteCircle after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed.
