All content, features, functionality, and materials available on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the property of Env or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent.
7. Privacy & Data Security

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court or matters involving intellectual property infringement.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
