👤 General & Account

Creating an account is quick and free! Click the "Sign Up" button, enter your email, set a password, and fill in your family profile (children's ages, pregnancy stage, etc.). You'll get immediate access to our Starter plan.
Absolutely. Go to Settings > Family Profile to add, remove, or edit children's details. Premium users can manage up to 5 family profiles under one account.
Yes. We use bank-level encryption and never sell your data. All personal and child development records are stored securely and are only visible to you and any family members you explicitly invite.

Our tracker uses medically validated algorithms based on your LMP or ultrasound dates. It provides week-by-week developmental milestones, nutrition tips, and appointment reminders aligned with ACOG guidelines.
Of course! The platform automatically transitions to newborn care once your due date passes. You'll get feeding logs, sleep pattern tracking, developmental checklists, and expert-backed infant care guides.
Every guide is created or reviewed by board-certified pediatricians, lactation consultants, or child development specialists. We clearly label the credentials of every contributing expert.

🎨 Kids & Activities

We offer curated activities for ages 0–12, organized by developmental stage. Activities include sensory play, STEM projects, arts & crafts, outdoor adventures, and screen-free screen time alternatives.
Yes! Family Plus and Premium members can download printable PDFs for any activity. Starter members get 5 free downloads per month.
We've partnered with occupational therapists to include adaptive modifications for many activities. Look for the ♿ icon to see step-by-step accessibility adjustments.

💳 Billing & Subscriptions

Visit Settings > Subscription to change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes! Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. Multi-family packages (for grandparents, siblings, or childcare providers) are available upon request.
